Procaptcha Advanced Subscription Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Procaptcha Advanced Subscription Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. Employees of Prosopo and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Entry:

1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must sign up for a free account on the Prosopo website and complete the Giveaway entry form provided (https://5yqkczzj10p.typeform.com/to/YH3p6Wao).
2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Entries will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Prosopo, which are final and binding.

Prize:

1. The prize consists of a 12-month Advanced Subscription to Procaptcha, valued at $1068 USD.
2. There are a total of 1000 subscriptions available to be won.
3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
4. Prosopo reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary, in its sole discretion.

Winner Selection:

1. Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis from all eligible entries received.
2. The selection of winners will be conducted by Prosopo or its authorized representatives.
3. Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the giveaway end date.
4. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, Prosopo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General Conditions:
